At CoastFloat, we want you to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied with your CoastFloat™, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at supportcoastfloat@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Items showing signs of use, intentional damage, or missing original components may not qualify for a refund.
